First of the trilogy, interesting, many new characters and such. The only flaw is there's nor Rohirrim in it.

Mostly because I've only read the Fellowship all the through. I've also read the Hobbit, but the Fellowshp is more interesting to me.
	I am never alone, there is always that shadow speaking to me. It tells me that it seeks not to be frightened, it doesn't wish to hurt me. I try to change its mind, it won't listen. I am scared of it. Please help me, before it one day consumes me and my former being is gone. This shadow is me.
