The drawback would be that your number of posts would be nullified (they can't be reset by admins in PhpBB). Thus, you would have to advance in ranks again.

The positive would be we get a much nicer interface and more options of developing the boards. I am thinking about doing this because it is obvious the forum needs major changes and we have most threads dead anyway.
