It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you do it right after you have 20 posts. Every time you are to advance in your faction, I have to do it manually. That is, you should be upgraded in the next 24 hours. If you don`t, send me a Private Message.

The number of posts required for each rank is showed below:

1. Basic Member - 0 posts
2. Rank 1 in your Faction - 20 posts
3. Rank 2 in your Faction - 50 posts
4. Rank 3 in your Faction - 90 posts
5. Rank 4 in your Faction - 140 posts
6. Rank 5 in your Faction - 200 posts

The names of the available factions are as follows:

House Indoril
House Dres
Sixth House
Imperial Legion
Mages Guild
Fighters Guild
Thieves Guild
Tribunal Temple
Morag Tong Guild
Twin Lamps

You can belong to only ONE faction. You CANNOT switch your faction after deciding wich you want to join. So choose wisely

But since you're new here, I'll answer: The Twin Lamps is an anty-slavery organisation in Morrowind. Its members are called the Abolitionists. Some quests can be initiated after freeing about 20-30 slaves, and the quest giver is Jobasha in Jobasha's Rare Books, in Vives Foreign Quarter. Probably there are more who give Twin Lamps quests, but I haven't found them yet.
